Hey Everybody! Quixotic Joy here.
And of course, we get a fun little plane going overhead, (prop motor sounds)the moment I start to record.
It’s Sunday, September 21st, just after noon and I saw this kale with raindrops on it, so I wanted to capture it. Sit with it. (chainsaw in the distance)

Of course! There it is! Once again! (chainsaw in the distance)

In my garden with some kale. (giggles) Sounds kind of funny. Just hanging out with my kale. I’m not going to eat this kale, it is DONE, but it sure is beautiful, with raindrops on it. So I thought I’d sit with it for a minute… see what happens.
I can’t help but notice the raspberries! Right there. I’m gonna have to go pick those, once we’re done. That’s a lot! One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Ten! Just on one branch! And it’s September 21st. Amazing! That’s just one branch. And I’ve got all those branches to go check on. (giggles)
OK, back to the kale ….and my blackberries are getting in the way. (repositioning camera)
So what am I going to do next? I’m going to go do some Yoga with Adriene. That’ll help! She’s so amazing. And then I’m going to contemplate writing the letter ….the letter that’s gonna save the world…(giggles) our country…. Uhhhh….that’s hilarious ….will I actually write it? Will I actually send it? Um, let’s see, I’ve got what, 10… 29 days until the October 18th protest. It’s gotta go in the mail, so that’s what, five days at 78 cents apiece, we figured that out yesterday. Neither one of us knew how much a stamp was these days. 78 cents! To go from my home, to your home or your office… Mister Senator. (giggles) 78 cents. OK. And write one amazing letter, send it to all of them, and beg and plead, that they do something to stop this madness! So awful. So awful. I was supposed to be out here enjoying the beauty, and that crap creeps in to my brain.
But isn’t this lovely! I just wanna send out love and peace and joy into the world. But so, why? Why? Do all these people have so much hate? I don’t understand.
Are they sitting around playing their first shooter video games? Are they wondering how their stock prices are doing?
Ugh. OK focus. Focus on the beauty…(giggles) of kale! (giggles) So funny!
